Serious training ride
A more challenging course and often the fastest ride. Variable road conditions, rolling hills.  Word of caution: this can be a drop or no-drop ride.  There are often several groups riding from WCC so ask around.  Paceline skills are a must and drafting is the key to recovery and holding on.  A good interval ride to raise lactate threshold HR/power levels.

Semi-Serious training ride
This is a great group ride. Smooth roads, rolling hills, friendly faces.  Good ride to practice your pace line etiquette. Depending on the group that is there, it may be a soft-drop ride, regrouping from time to time.
