6	7	8	9	10	11	12 * Long Beach 2nd Saturday RideLong Beach 2nd Saturday Ride Time: 9:00 am Long Beach Second Saturday Community Bicycle Ride Harper McCaughan Town Green Jeff Davis Ave & 3rd Street Ride for all ages 2.5, 5, and /or 10 mile ride through Long Beach All rides start and finish at Town Green (Helmets PLEASE) Details 228 297-7229 CoastBikeRides@aol.com * Pascagoula 2nd Saturday RidePascagoula 2nd Saturday Ride Time: 9:00 am Singing River Cyclists depart Beach Park the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9am to cruise the Pascagoula Historic Bike Route and stop at a local bakery along the way. * Gautier Bike Safety RodeoGautier Bike Safety Rodeo Time: 10:00 am The Gautier Police Crime Prevention, Gautier Fire Fighters Association and Jackson County 4-H are hosting the first annual Gautier Bicycle Safety Rodeo. Event will be held at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) Jackson County Campus in the North Parking Lot. Parents are encouraged to bring any child old enough to ride a bicycle along with their bike and helmet. Stations will be set up to educate kids on Rules of the Road, Parts of the Bike, Bike Repair, First Aid, Helmet Safety and much more! Once the child has completed each station, they will enter the Safety Obstacle Course and compete for prizes in each of three age categories; 5-8, 9-13 and 14-18. Upon completion of their training they will receive a Bicycle Driver License. There will also be a station set up to register your bicycle with the Gautier Police Department in case of loss or theft. Drawings will be held for door prizes and it is all FREE to the public. Hot dogs, drinks and snow cones will be provided. The event is being sponsored by several community businesses and the Mississippi Surge Hockey Team will have a player representative present to lend a hand. Come join us for a day of fun filled safety education and help save lives!
