City of Pascagoula Adopts “Complete Streets” Program

The City of Pascagoula Adopts the “Complete Streets” program, and becomes the third city in Mississippi to do such, leading the way for the Gulf Coast.“This program reinforces the City’s commitment to creating a more pedestrian and bike friendly community,” said Harry Schmidt, Director of Community Development. “Residents of Pascagoula are asking for more outdor opportunities, and the ‘Complete Streets’ program ensures that the City will meet this need by providing a well designed and safe environment for both transportation and exercise.” as stated in the May 24th Media Press Release.
